Dave, a Millennial, has been playing strategy card games all his life. For the last 15 years, he's been a high-limit table games dealer in Las Vegas. 

His upcoming comedy book about the ups and downs of dealing in Las Vegas will be published in Summer 2025.

Changing Vegas Studios is his brainchild. Dave knows what players want and he's determined to bring video games on to the gaming floor. He's also enjoys teaching break-in dealers poker and other table games and helping to place them in top casinos. Making people laugh is one of his passions. 

Dave holds a dual B.A. in Communications and Psychology from Iowa State University in Ames and is an excellent public speaker. He simply loves gaming. 

Susan, a Baby Boomer, has been in corporate and entrepreneurial Marketing and Business Development for 25 years.  She ran the Entrepreneur of the Year Program at Ernst & Young LLP, and has helped dozens of startups launch and grow their businesses. At MidAmerican Energy, she negotiated million-dollar, win-win partnerships.  

Susan was Managing Editor of a community newspaper and publisher of a regional news portal in Virginia, and founder of a crowdfunding marketing company.  She holds a Masters in Business Writing from Cal Poly and a B.A. in Communications from UCSB.  Susan is a mentor and supports community nonprofits and philanthropy. Born nearby in Parkersburg, Susan also grew up in Virginia, Maryland, Florida, and California. She simply loves adventure.
